Chou Hsi-wei (simplified Chinese: 周锡玮; traditional Chinese: 周錫瑋; pinyin: Zhōu Xíwěi, born March 11, 1958) is a former Taipei County magistrate in Taiwan. He was formerly a member of the People's First Party, but switched allegiance to the Kuomintang[1] shortly before the county chief elections. He previously served as a legislator in the Legislative Yuan of the Republic of China.
